  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the provided address.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
